This online store is operated by FALCO CORPORATION LIMITED, 8/F, Asia Standard Tower, Nos. 59-65 Queen's Road Central, Hong Kong. Throughout this site, "we", "us" and "our" refer to FALCO CORPORATION LIMITED. By browsing the site or placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. Using this store

You confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your place of residence, and that you will not use this store for any unlawful purpose or in a way that interferes with its operation. We may refuse service or cancel an order where we reasonably believe it is fraudulent or unlawful.

2. Products and descriptions

We describe fabrics, fits and measurements as accurately as we can. Colours can look slightly different from one screen to another, and fabrics move, drape and reflect light differently in person, so small variations are normal and are not a fault. Prices, availability and descriptions can change without notice.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in US dollars. Shipping and any applicable duties are added or shown at checkout. Payment is taken at the time of purchase through the methods offered at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel an order affected by an obvious error, with a full refund.

4. Orders

An order confirmation email confirms that we have received your order; it is not an acceptance of it. We may decline an order where an item is out of stock, where a price or description was wrong, or where we suspect fraud. If we decline an order, we refund the amount paid in full.

5. Shipping, returns and cancellation

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days and estimated delivery is 15 business days from dispatch. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery under the conditions in our Refund policy. These documents form part of these terms.

6. Accuracy of information

The material on this site is provided for general information. We are not responsible if information is not accurate, complete or current, and we are not liable for reliance placed on it.

7. Third-party services

Payments, delivery and some site features are provided by third parties such as Shopify and our payment and shipping partners. Their own terms may apply to those services. Links to other websites are provided for convenience only.

8. Intellectual property

All text, photography, graphics and logos on this site belong to FALCO CORPORATION LIMITED or are used with permission, and may not be copied, distributed or used commercially without our written consent.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site or from products bought through it. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under applicable law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to an order at the moment it is placed.
